69 Women will have sustainable employment by using their God given talent of weaving.

• The Cultural Center will provide a venue for all women who weave to sell their products.

• Families income will more than quadruple.

• Families will be able to afford to send their children to school

• Women will learn Spanish which will give them additional educational and employment opportunities
  (the local language is Qéqchi)

• The women and their culture will be celebrated which will raise the self esteem of these beautiful indigenous people

• The Cultural Center will provide vocational training for other employment opportunities

• Training in better health practices, self reliance, and business skills will be provided.
